I purchased 3 nights on Hotels.com for Paris Hotel in Los Vegas. The reservation was not posted with the hotel. I had to put the room on my card. I phoned Customer service at Hotels.com and all they did was pick up the receiver and drop it back on the phone. I did not speak to anyone. I sent an email after my stay with no reply.
The Hotel was as helpful as possible and they did get it straightened out the next day.
Oh and as for the discount price? The hotel was selling the same room for 10 dollars cheaper.
Paris was a great hotel!
Hotels.com was a mistake! |
